Client: natural/legal person who owns or obtains access to the content, through any means of communication provided by Confort Life SRL SRL or with the existing user agreement between Confort Life SRL and it, which requires the creation and use of an ACCOUNT.
Seller: the commercial company Confort Life SRL
Goods and services: product or service (including documents and services) that are mentioned in the order, and which are to be provided by the seller to the buyer, following the concluded contract.
Contract: it is represented by the distance contract, which is concluded between the two parties, the Seller and the Buyer, without the simultaneous presence of the two being necessary.
Order: an electronic document that acts as a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer, through which the Buyer conveys to the Seller, through the website, the intention to purchase Goods and Services from the website.
Specifications: all specifications and/or descriptions of the Goods and Services

Online sales policy
Due to justified reasons, Confort Life SRL reserves the right to limit/restrict the access of the Client/Buyer who, through his activities, could harm Confort Life SRL in any way. In this case, the Client/Buyer can contact the Confort Life SRL team, to be informed about the reasons that led to the limitation/restriction of the Client/Buyer’s access.
DELIVERY/RETURN POLICY
Orders placed on the website www.uniquetableart.com will be shipped either by personal delivery by the administrator of uniquetableart.com, or by fast courier to any location in Europe. The processing time of an order varies depending on the availability of the product. If the product is in stock, delivery will be made between 2 and 9 working days depending on the recipient’s address. If the product will be purchased based on the order, it usually lasts between 4 and 6 weeks.
The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he is cancelling the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 working days from receiving the product or, in the case of services, from concluding the contract. If the buyer gives up the product during this 14-day period, he assumes the cost of returning the product, always accompanied by insurance of the product during transport.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days starting from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract using a return request, for example, sent by email. The return request must include the identification data of the product and of the person who purchased it. In addition to the application, the original invoice, the original warranty certificate, and a copy of the identity card of the person on whom the invoice was made must be attached.
The product can only be returned in perfect condition, including the packaging and related accessories must show no signs of wear (the transport being borne by you) Contract termination is only done in writing. In the event that the product or the packaging shows traces like those above, we reserve the right not to accept the return.
The representative of our company will communicate, without delay, the confirmation of receipt of the return request in the same way in which you sent it. In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund any amount we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive the products back or until such time as that you have provided us with proof that you sent back the products, the closest date being valid.
We will make this refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method of reimbursement; in any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such refund
Ship the products without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you notified us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You are responsible for diminishing the value of the products resulting from handling other than those necessary to determine the nature, qualities and functioning of the products.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products!!!
